This is the deeper questionnaire I send after our strategy call. If you'd rather skip ahead and tell me everything now, that works too.

2. I review it and send a short planWhat I'd build first, why, and what it would take. Usually within 48 hours.
3. We decide togetherMany builds run on simple rules and checks between your tools, with AI only where it pays for itself.
