Wedding Photography
I work with a bride in getting to an a la carte agreement. My base fee to photograph the day’s events depends on the hours required:
- 8 hours
- 500+ high-res images on a disc
- online gallery of those images
- complimentary engagement session*
- sales tax
- 10 hours

Albums
Albums are not included in the basic package, but are optional extras.

- 11 x 11 or 14 x 11
- 11 x 11 – 20 spreads / 40 sides
- 14 x 11 – 18 spreads / 36 sides
- Image mounted in the cover

- duplicate of main (square) album
- 20 spreads / 40 sides
- Same number of images as main album

*each album takes approximately 80 images; additional spreads are $65 each for Bijou and $75 each for Premier
*only available with the Signature series album
Extras
- If a second photographer is required, it will be an additional $750. An additional 250+ images will be included in the final selection provided.
- thank you cards (5×7 size) – $150 per 50 cards
- additional prints can be ordered from the online galleries. (Click on ‘galleries’ to see the example gallery with pricing and other info.)
- A set of 4×6 printed proofs (in a presentation box) can be ordered directly from me for $250
- photo-video fusion: Fusion is the blend of photographs and video snippets of video, to create a short-form overview of the wedding day. The 1080p hi-definition video clip will be available as an mp4 or quicktime download, and is approximately 5-6 minutes in duration. The fee for a Fusion clip is $1,200
Payment structure
$1000 non-refundable retainer payable on booking.
The remainder of the fee is split as follows,
– 50% payable 6 months in advance of the wedding date.
– 50% payable 2 months in advance of the wedding date.
(If the date that the wedding photography is booked is 8 months or closer to the wedding day itself, then the retainer is 50% of the full amount, and the other 50% is payable 2 months in advance.)
Prices do not include sales tax.
